Art collective Home-Work, have opened a Post Office in Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy. Throughout the hotel are small black postboxes with piles of free postcards on top of them.Guests are invited to take a postcard and create a little story about their experience of the Netherlands on it. The filled-in postcards can be exchanged for a new free art postcard with a valid (Dutch or World) design stamp made by Home-Work.
Lots of intriguing, funny, and playful cards have come in. They can be seen on platform 2, and on the Lloyd Post blog.
Home-Work
Home-Work is an interdisciplinary artist collective that was founded 2011. They investigate and visualize the change of different cultural habits influenced by the migration flow around the world today.

Babyblue Vase
This vase I bought when moving to my new house and before I adopted two elderly cats that both love to drink the water from a vase with flowers. This vase gave them so much frustration that I decided to trade it away.

The fun of Trading Post, an initiative of Andrew Wagner from the New York web service Krbb.com, is that you get a little story with each piece on display.
The idea is that you can swop something you want to get rid of, for something from the Lloyd Trading Post. It is for free, as long as you tell the story of the item you leave behind.See items and read stories about the Lloyd Hotel Trading Post
Krbb.com is an online market & meeting place for neighbours.
